Staff Members

Our staff members are a highly accomplished collective with dance experience and training all over the world!  From dancing for the Radio City Rockettes, to Disney Tokyo & Orlando, to cruise lines throughout the seas, choreographing for high schools and colleges, competing regionally and nationally, they are all bringing these credentials to the heart of the Rockaways.  


Their goal is to share these skills, talents, and dancing histories with their students.  Eager to help and watch the dancers grow and advance, we are so excited to have such a top-notch roster of certified professionals!

Juliette Admoni

Director of Dance

Juliette Admoni is a natural-born dancer.  From age 2, she laced up her dance shoes and the rest is history.  She has worked in various dance studios in the New York City area for many years. She has performed at famous arenas, including the Barclays Center, Keyspan Park, and Hershey Park.


Success is Miss Juliette's strong suit.  In 2012, she won "Best Dancer" at the Backstage Performing Arts Competition.  As a dancer, she acheived overall highest scores in Starbound, Showstopper, and That's Entertainment dance competitions.  Her choreographed dances have gone on to win overall highest score multiple times since 2011, at competitions that include Backstage, Showstopper, Starbound National and That's Entertainment.  


Ever the humble winner, she can't wait to share what she's learned and mastered over the years with our students. We're so excited to have her on board!

Kateryna Honcharova

Ballet Instructor

Kateryna Honcharova began her training at the age of 5 in Kiev, Ukraine, attending classical ballet and contemporary dance studios.  By the age of 16, she had danced various techniques and styles and took part in numerous competitions in Ukraine. Kateryna was accepted on a full scholarship to Kiev University of Culture and Arts (Department of Classical Dance).  She had the honor to train under the direction of Aniko Rechviashvilli (choreographer of the national opera house of Ukraine).


Kateryna was a dancer in “Aniko Ballet” as well as a co-director and soloist of “Shadows” Dance company.  They performed works by famous Ukrainian choreographers and also traveled Ukraine and Europe. While studying, Kateryna also attended numerous European dance intensives and training programs. During one of them, she was invited to attend Complexions Contemporary Ballet summer intensive in New York City.


After successfully completing her BFA program in summer 2016, Kateryna auditioned for the professional dance division at the Ailey school and was accepted. While studying at the Ailey school, she participated in the first pre-professional program of Complexions contemporary ballet, with a group of dancers who were chosen by Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson.


Miss Kate is excited to bring her professional ballet and contemporary talents to our studio and share with our dancers!

Ivan Owens

Acro / Tap / Technique Instructor

Ivan began his dance journey at 14 in Arizona. Studying every single style of dance that was offered and venturing off into voice, musical theater and acting.  Ivan also studied at Tucson Ballet, Alvin Ailey Summer Dance Intensive and Debbie Allen Dance Academy.  Soon after, he began his professional dance career!


Mr. Ivan attended Columbia Southern University, where he earned his BA in Business.  Ivan has performed all over the world, including Tokyo Disney, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise lines!  He has worked and danced alongside some of the industry's top names, such as Debbie Allen and Chloé Arnold.  You can catch Ivan in Chloé Arnold's tap company Apt33.


Ivan is thrilled to be a part of the Jump family and to share his many talents and experiences with all of you!

Steffahn Rashuad

Hip Hop / Street Jazz Instructor

Steffahn fell in love with performing at a very young age.  He pursued his passion through various musical, dance and theater productions.  Steffahn graduated from Kent State University with a BA in Communications.  While in school, he choreographed for award winning hip hop dance teams.  


His passion for teaching is shown through the various studios and high schools he taught at throughout Ohio.  Steffahn travels to Ohio to choreograph for Euclid High School's award-wining show choir and musical productions.


A dancer's training is never done.  He consistently trains each week to not only better himself, but to help expand the dance education of those around him. Steffahn can't wait to share his passion for dance with everyone at Jump!

Melanie Cuccia

AcroYoga Instructor

Melanie knew from early on that when she grew up, she would be an acrobatics instructor.  She flipped around for 6 years, until she reached high school, where she switched over to gymnastics and competed for the Saint Francis Prep Gymnastics team.  At the age of 15, she became a gymnastics instructor.

She taught for over 6 years, and the more Melanie taught, the more she learned.  She tried yoga and discovered a new passion.  Melanie completed her 200 hour teacher training in April of 2012 and became a certified Vinyasa Flow instructor. She started incorporating yoga into her gymnastics classes. She discovered AcroYoga after she saw how well the two practices blended. She tried a class and fell in love at first flight. She assisted classes in NYC and taught her own in NJ. 


She came up with a curriculum and started teaching kids AcroYoga in NY and NJ at the end of 2013. She is happy to bring this class into the Rockaways!

Samantha Robeck

Ballet / Tap / Jazz / Hip Hop Instructor

Samantha began her dance career at the age of 3 year old. She competed heavily across the country acquiring several Platinums, High Scores, 1st Place and Special awards in her 16 years of competitive dancing.


In college, Samantha found her true passion which was to

choreograph the performance on the stage. She began teaching dance competitively, as well as recreational, earning several highest scoring choreography awards and Entertainer of the year in her six years of teaching.  


Samantha is a certified dance teacher and Zumba Instructor.

She is trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Broadway, Martha Graham, Hip-Hop and Jazz Funk.


She loves to teach her knowledge and love for dance with her students. With a BA from Fashion Institute of Technology she is able to express her creativity and study Business and Fashion all while spreading her love for dance!

Brian Streater

Competition Choreographer

Brian Streater is orginially from Charlotte, North Carolina.

He started his training in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Street Jazz, Tap and Gymnastics.


In 2004 Brian had the opportunity in traveling with Mark Marino and The American Dance Company to Barcelona, Spain, where they competed against different countries In the World Dance Championships and won!


For 6 years he traveled the world with one of the biggest cruise company’s in the world, Royal Caribbean International.  He was also casted in the hit Broadway Musical “Hairspray” that performed on The 66th Annual TONY Awards.


In 2012 he was signed to GTA Talent Agency out in Los Angeles, California where he was chosen to perform in Helsinki, Finland at one of the biggest Charity events in Europe with pop artist Benjamin Peltonen.


Brian also judges for different dance competitions around the  US!! He is excited to bring his competition background and expertise to Jump Dance Company!

Michelle Admoni

Studio Director

Michelle brings many years of experience with both children and business management to Jump.  Working in New Jersey and Brooklyn from a young age, she was a camp counselor at day camps and seasonal programs.  She also brings management experience from her time in the real estate industry!


She loves to be silly and enjoys spending her time with kids.  With two children of her own, Michelle loves watching them grow and learn.


We thank Miss Michelle for all of her hard work behind the scenes.  Without her, Jump would not be where it is today!
